I've been waiting for the perfect shoe to buy from here and I finally found them. Thanks to the wonderful girl Alanna. She was super friendly, checked me out super fast. I needed my size and she found out in a flash. She deserves a promotion, if I could give 10 stars I would.
I have been into the Limeridge store 3x recently and have always received stellar service from Monica!! She is kind, patient, professional and a great sales person. She handled my exchange without judgement and managed to get me in a second pair. I’m a loyal person. Let’s face it I can find a lot of the shoes anywhere but will only buy from Monica going forward. Montana and Monika went above and beyond to help me on Black Friday! I had purchased my 10 year old son some vans the week before and as every 10 year old does he got his shoes filthy but wanted them cleaned so I went back and got both of there input on what shoe care is best to get and both suggested Crep protect! My son’s shoes look amazing now all thanks to them!! I will 100% be coming back!!
I had an excellent experience with Montana when I came in to see what sales Little Burgundy had with Reebok Club C sneaker. They did not have my size of sneakers in store to try on. He was able to locate my size online quickly and order shoes to be shipped to the Hamilton location. I will always shop at this location.
Amazing and friendly staff! Plus they had soles to make shoes fit better for only 98 cents!!! I even got a shoe cleaning brush for only 98 cents!! Definitely worth a visit
I brought back a bag that my boyfriend got me for Christmas because out of know where the lock on the bag broke. They were super nice about it and offered to exchange it, because they did not have the bag in they offered to order it in. I didn’t want to wait for it so they get me a refund. The customer service was excellent :)
