Even though the store was really busy, Echo still took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly, patient, and super helpful. Definitely recommend this place. 5 star customer service for sure!
Tina was a great help today! We were able to find my dream Crocs as well as the exact shoes my boyfriend was looking for. She assisted with sizing and finding the right look. Awesome experience!
The young lady named Echo working at this location is awesome. Her customer service skills are unmatched. She was friendly, efficient in finding the product I needed. She made sure I could use my $20 in store credit properly. All this while the store was closing at 6pm and she never got flustered, or rushed any of the customers that remained in the store. We need more amazing people like Echo. Softmoc, please make sure you realize what a great employee you have here.
