Shout out to Nessa. She saved the day. I had a wedding to attend and 30 minutes before it started my shoe literally fell apart. I came running into the store barefoot, and within 5 minutes she had me fitted and cashed out. Thank you so much! We made it on time and you are a doll!
horrible customer service, i entered and was looking for a shoe to purchase, the sale girls were just talking and giggling among themselves till i left and went to a different shop to buy a shoe.
Darlene and Bryan and all staff are simply wonderful. Always a pleasure seeing them and getting to serve them at my place of work. Makes our day alot brighter
I'm a longtime Aldo customer and never before today had any trouble with the store itself or the customer service. I ordered the shoes online and one pair was too small, so I brought them to the store to exchange or a refund like it says on the website. But the manager was unbelievably rude and refuse to help me or do any kind of exchange or refund. She said it was a final sale and she is not going to do anything about it. When I showed her my receipt she said that I can go to the Post Office and send it back. This was the WORST customer service I had in my life. And after I asked her name, she didn't even gave me her name, just said that she's a manager and that's enough!!! Looks like she cares nothing about the customer satisfaction and the store reputation. Person like that shouldn't be in a manager's position at all!!! I obviously won't be back to this store again!
Worst customer service I’ve experience in a very long time. The people that work at this location are wildly incompetent. I purchased a pair of shoes at a different Aldo location, less than 24 hrs later I came to this location at limeridge mall to return them because I found another pair and this location was on my way home from work. They would not accept my return, they kept telling me they have been worn outside on concrete. I took them to the original location and returned them without any problems as expected since they were not worn and in the same condition I purchased them. The way the situation was handled by the staff at limeridge Aldo has deferred me from ever wanting to shop at this brand. I have also shared my experience with my group of friends so they do not have to go through the same type of hassle in the future.
Darlene was so lovely. My niece wanted these shoes in size 5 but they only had 6. She went out of her way to put insoles in the shoes just in case it helps fit better. Great customer service!
I can’t believe I experienced the worst customer service ever. The manager gave me attitude when I asked my missing items... he kept rolling his eyes at me and my friend, and felt annoyed with us when he asked about our items and saying he doesn’t know what to do plus gave us a wrong number to call he never apologize he just keeps rolling his eye! As people of colour when we ask him anything he keeps ignoring us and helping other customers.
