Nice store. The associate was smiling and helpful. That always makes a big difference. My son tried several shoes from other stores and bought 2 pairs here. Running shoe and dress shoe. Both were comfortable and easy to make a decision on. A little pricey, but still worth the buy. They advertise discounts on the shoe but it's already removed from original price, so that was confusing. Overall, nice shoes, nice store.
The worst customer service ever. We were 2 days past the return and just wanted to exchange the shoes for a different style we weren’t even asking for a refund yet they made us wait 30 mins only to say no after all of that. And the blonde manager was very rude about it being disrespectful and giving us dirty looks the entire time we were in the store. Would not recommend the limeridge location to anyone unless you want to leave with nothing and be disappointed.
Stopped by on the evening of November 6th. Unfortunately they didn't have the shoe I liked in my size, but the two staff working that evening were wonderful. Very charismatic, excellent customer service, and all around pleasant.

Garbage customer service from management down. Go to browns on the lower level of lime ridge mall. They have all of the same stuff plus a lot more, and cheaper.
Always so rude and they lie!!! Every single time I go in there the manager lies about what they have in stock because she's to lazy to go to the back and get it. It's a year straight with same answers about whatever I ask about... she's quite annoying and super rude! Don't like this store don't like her and will never shop here.
