edit: A couple days ago, I noticed a notification on my phone that the money was refunded without any further communication on my end. I appreciate this, as the person I helped purchase the boots really needed them and didn’t have the funds to buy another. For that, I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. ————— The lady at the store was super helpful but unfortunately sold me boots that were back ordered/out of stock. Called customer service and asked if I could get the refund issued in store to original payment method. The store manager refused so now I have to wait 15 to 20 days for the check to arrive in the mail through a postal strike. I will not purchase from this store going forward.
Really pleased with the quality, selection & overall customer service at this store. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes (one in store & one shipped right to my home, as they didn’t have my size) and absolutely love the sockettes with the inner grips that were suggested to me when I purchased. The memory foam insole in the shoes I selected are an absolute dream. I would recommend the Bayshore brand shoes with this feature to anyone with feet! Also especially nice to see younger staff (like Nate that helped me) that have strong and friendly customer service skills. I’ll be back for sure!
The manager Tim in the Limeridge mall location was incredibly professional, helpful and made shopping for kids vans so fun!! His customer service was the best service I've had in years. Thx again Tim!!!
Maddy was the absolute best. I was so indecisive about the shoes I wanted. She helped me get every size possible, every kind possible and even though they had 10 minutes until closing, she helped until i was satisfied. She informed me of the coupon at the bottom of my receipt for December of 20$ of a 75$ purchase. This will be my new shoe store for sure. Thanks for helping me maddy!!!
Amazing staff at this store. They are super helpful and very friendly. On different occasions dealt with Tim, Victoria and Madison. My "go to" shoe store!!
