Like the other reviews said, the portly blond manager is extremely rude. We went in trying on shoes today and an associate put a pair on hold for us. When we came back less than an hour later and asked the manager who was behind the counter for them she said they hadn't been put on hold. We told her which style and size and she went and found them. We tried them on again and asked for them to be put on hold. She rudely said that they'd already put them on hold for us once (which they hadn't since she told us there was nothing on hold) and that we can buy them and return them if we don't want them. She could have told us normally that they can't put them on hold but was rude instead. Even worse is how she treats her employees. There was a girl helping other customers and the manager kept barking orders at her and getting mad for no reason. She angrily asked the girl what she was doing. The girl said she was looking for a pair of shoes for a customer and couldn't find them. The manager rudely told her to go ask someone in the back, turning to us as saying "jesus". She treated us the entire time like she wanted us gone. I don't expect retail workers to be really friendly, but she was unnecessarily rude. She lost a sale because of her attitude, and I'm sure it's not the first.
I’m a costume designer and visit dozens of stores per shopping trip for my job and 9/10 times the stores have staff that doesn’t offer to help or even say hi but not this store! I wish I remembered her name but she was a young woman named Julissa? Or something like that and she was so professional and helpful! She worked today during the day shift and couldn’t have been more helpful to me! It was so nice to actually see amazing customer service again!
Avoid avoid avoid. Bad quality shoes that fall apart after a month and employees that are more interested in gossiping behind the counter. The cherry on top is probably the store manager who I’ve heard created a toxic work environment for employees.
I just had the best experience at this location with Jelissa! (Hope I’m spelling that right) I was concerned I purchased the wrong size in a pair of boots and she went above and beyond helping me with the exchange. She was super attentive and helpful with sizing recommendations! I walked away feeling uplifted and satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Jelissa!!
I Love shopping at call it spring Limeridge! Awesome vegan shoes that are comfy, affordable & chic. Not to mention the staff are always so friendly and helpful with great fashion tips to help pick out the best footwear! I always leave with a good pair of shoes (or purse) and I smile :)
"I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the fantastic manager Miranda at this shoe store. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made all the difference during my visit. She listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, all while creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear she genuinely cares about their customers and take pride in her work. I highly recommend this store because of the exceptional service provided by the manager!!
Worst return policy ever. I went to lime ridge mall and one of the employee placed an order for me. Later on She told me that she ordered at original price so you can make return online. I am trying to do it online but they have worst website which is not helping. Please help me if you know any other way.
