I had an unpleasant experience today when speaking to the receptionist Maria to reschedule my appointment. She was rude from the beginning of the conversation and tried to make a point that I had an appt already scheduled and was not happy about me rescheduling it. When I asked to speak to her manager she kept me on hold and came back on the line with her manager present, when she spoke politely in front of the manager. This is not professional, and I told her my situation has changed and I need the ultrasound earlier than what was provided and she just kept going back to the point that I had booked my appointment already. The call escalated and when I asked her for her name she gave the name and hung up the phone on me. As a patient calling to set up or reschedule an appointment, all we need is someone who will listen to our reasoning and try their best to accommodate patients if possible. I have to say the receptionist who set up my original appointment was very helpful and polite.
I have been here a few times for different X-rays. It's always been quick to get the x-rays done. There is a woman x-ray tech who is very nice and explains what she's doing. There is also a man x-ray tech who is rude, he had what I think are students and the way he talked to them and to me is unacceptable. He should not have students or see people until he learns some respect and proper approaches to teaching students. We don't need more people like him in front-line health care.
Very helpful staff. My family doctor forgot to sign the requisition and they immediately took care of it. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for an ultrasound and 2 x-rays. Keep up the good work!
I have been here 2x’s and the service is awesome. Both times I was in and out in under an hour. I was registered quickly. The front desk ladies were very accommodating and nice to talk with. The technician was very caring and friendly. Parking was not the best but I would rather have excellent service for my X-ray than better parking arrangements. Also the tiny sandwich place(in the same building)had great breakfast sandwiches. The gentleman was very efficient and very friendly. I also appreciated his sense of humour. The price was reasonable for 2 sandwiches and a coffee and a tea!
All of the staff were absolutely LOVELY. The process was streamlined and I was in and out in 15 minutes for a wrist ultrasound AND x-ray. Thank you to all of the lovely ladies who made what could have been an uncomfortable process so pleasant!
I had a great experience at Wentworth-Halton X-Ray & Ultrasound. The staff was very polite, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was impressed with how quickly they accommodated my appointment,there was no long wait time, and the process was smooth and efficient. The technician was kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Overall, I really appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them for anyone in need of imaging services.
I had a bad experience with one of the Ultrasound Technologists at Walkers Line location. I was waiting at the change room for the technologist to call me into the ultrasound room. A few minutes later, she appeared at the end of the hallway and said I was waiting for you. I don't know which room is hers, shouldn't she come to me and take me to the room? If this is her attitude I can only say she is not a pleasant person and not nice to her customer. But a worse thing happened. When I got the report online, at the end of the report, it says the customer declined to do one of the tests. I was shocked, she didn't ask me if I want to do that test. I assume the technologist should follow the doctor's requisition and do all the tests. She didn't do it and lied. I trust Wentworth is a professional lab and should complete the doctor's medical request, if I didn't get chance to check the report I wouldn't know they didn't even complete the task.
