2 stars cause they did the job they needed to. But the front desk ladies are very rude and don’t know what they’re doing. Claiming my drs office “didn’t pick up” when they picked up immediately for me. Then bitched and complained about it for like 5 minutes after. They told me my ultrasound req wasn’t legible because they couldn’t spell my drs damn name. I’m appalled. They should really keep their nasty chatter to when and where patients aren’t around. It’s a small room ladies, we can hear every snarky remark yall make. Do better.
Terrible experience with them. They refused to provide any accommodations for my disability. The waiting room is too cramped, and reeks of perfume. Their staff has trouble keeping dates straight; their phone message mentions Tuesday Jan 7 as a day where X-ray is disrupted, even though the 7th is a Friday, and the person on the phone told me the disruption is Wednesday.
This is my second time visiting this clinic and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient. The ultrasound technologist Sarah was very kind, smart and she took her time with my scan. Thanks again
After my physician notified this business, I was advised that it would necessitate a wait period of four weeks to obtain an x-ray and ultrasound procedure. Due to intensive pain I further pursued the matter and discovered that an x-ray is possible on a walk-in basis. Why would the receptionist advise me that this was an option? She was also extremely abrasive throughout our brief conversation. Her discourteous conduct and impudent behaviour induced additional pain and extreme discomfort. I suggest that all calls be monitored and recorded for possible disciplinary action(s), if required. I also wonder why this company does not have a website? I am not only very disappointed but additionally highly irritated.
I agree that this is a great clinic to get imaging done and the staff are super. However, now that I use a walker, I feel obliged to add the following commentary. There is no button to push to make the door open and it is a heavy metal door. So I entered backwards, using my body to open the door while maneuvering my walker and it was not easy. I did tell the staff, a button to automatically open the door was needed. After the imaging was done, I exited by the alternate door and here again encountered difficulty. It was very difficult to open the door because it was so heavy and my arms are weak. It would have been great to have had some assistance but the tech had scooted off to collect the next client while I was changing. Surely with senior clients, a bit of help could have been rendered. Indeed, considering the pics taken, it might have occurred to her to offer help.
A conveniently located lab with reasonable wait times and poor reviews .....Lord almighty , how can such a small amount of power so vastly swell the head of an technologist .... despite being an essential service a small amount of common curtesy would go a long way .... I will drive great distances to avoid this place .... there are polite ways to deliver unfavourable information .... but here you will simply find unfavourable ways of delivering basic information. 2 stars for a great location and the possibility of different staff being there when you visit!
