Had some bad experiences with other ultrasound places with trying to book appointments or just absolute rudeness, but this place was amazing straight from the start. Everyone is so nice there especially the ultrasound technician, she is super gentle and made me feel a lot less anxious On my first ultrasound. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to choose!
My experience doesn't include a visit to the clinic, but had to share. I called last week looking for a scan appointment and there wasn't any availability; Brooke took my information and reached out four days later with an opening. Thankfully, we had already booked, but Brooke was so kind and thoughtful. It's no surprise the review summary for this clinic is so high if this is the caliber of customer service. Thanks!
Easy to book and very friendly service at every step! Meredith was a fantastic ultrasound tech. She was much faster and gentler than any other gynaecological ultrasounds I’ve had. Highly recommend.
Can’t say enough about the fast, friendly and competent service provided by every team member. Will definitely be back if I am lucky enough to have future pregnancies. 11/10.
Best treatment. Very attentive and empathetic. My wife and I went for an emergency ultrasound and were very helpful in squeezing her in. Also Meredith was very reassuring ????
I've been to multiple clinics, and this is hands down the best ultrasound clinic I've been to! I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Hamilton. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and accomodating to your needs. They stick to their schedule so you are never late, if anything, you'll be done early. Lots of parking behind the building. Meredith was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and calmed any worries that I had.
