I was there yesterday for an x-ray and ultrasound and not only was it quick but staff were friendly and being in a mall area makes parking easy. It was also very clean
The receptionist provided incorrect information. I informed her of a replacement health card I was expecting in the mail, have the number still. She said just come in, there would be no problem. I went in, to be told that they would not do the ultrasound without the new version code. Thankfully I have a phone, called Ontario Health, and got the code. Oddly, my doctor had seen me the previous day without any if this hassle, and provided the requisition! The receptionist here, though is rude and patronizing. I recommend avoiding this place.
Got appointment same week. Burlington clinics were booking 3 months ahead! Friendly staff, very accommodating even though I was 20 minutes late. Free 2-hour parking on Main St across from clinic.
Clean building. Professional and friendly staff. Parking can be a little tricky but I found a legal spot on a side street. Gave 4 stars because the washroom was freezing. I realize it is an old building but surely something can be done about it.
The building and office were very clean... Surprisingly clean compare to what you would think was inside this old building. Staff were very professional and friendly.. clean washroom and waiting area with plenty of space and sanitizer stations and napkins. Did not wait long to see staff... They were attentive and answered questions well.
This place is great. Super friendly, courteous & fast. I was in before another place even called me back! They were also very helpful & answered all my annoying questions. I was also in alot of pain & they were very good with that. I got in fast and was cared for very graciously. I got the results in 2 days. Total process was less than a week! Highly recommend.
Not a disability friend place unless you have someone to help you get use of the elevator & it is only good enough for 1 person to ride in. Staff are at least friendly
