I’ve had several scans at Sugo for fertility assessments and pregnancy, and every visit has been wonderful! The technicians and physicians are not only professional but also genuinely kind and supportive ❤️. Results are always available quickly, and the front desk team goes out of their way to accommodate appointments. I always felt cared for and in good hands. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough!
One of the receptionist I spoke with who is originated from India is very very rude. I shared with them past results of 2 different types of ultra- sounds. One of the result was in my email and it was pictures. She told me they don’t take pictures & I have to send the report which I sent the next day. I called to confirm if they had received the report as the technician who did my ultrasound at SUGO told me she will do her best to send the results the next day so my gynaecologist can review them because I had an appointment with her on this next day. When I called, I spoke with the receptionist in question, she rudely asked me why am I sending this reports? I explained her that I was there yesterday and I agreed with them to send the report. Then, she again rudely mentioned that email are reviewed in a timeframe of 24-48h and now she has some patient and she will call back if they did not receive it. I really found it extremely sneaky from her because she didn’t even know why I was sending the document and it’s not like there was a requirement on my file saying a need to send a document so she can follow up with me. She doesn’t even know how it was important for the technician to have these extra document as during the ultrasound the technician mentioned something that none of the previous ultrasound showed . The additional report was to provide extra information for a better interpretation of the results. That’s really playing with people's life.
What a wonderful place to have an ultrasound! The staff and equipment are truly outstanding. I’d like to start by mentioning that I became ill and needed to reschedule my appointment. They called me back within minutes, spoke with another patient, and were able to switch their appointment with mine. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they handled it. On the day of my visit, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. My appointment started right on time with Andreas, who was incredibly informative and kind throughout the entire ultrasound. He explained every step clearly to me and my husband, showed us the baby, and reassured us that none of the issues we were worried about were serious. It was the first time in Canada that I received all the information directly during the appointment without having to wait to speak with my family doctor or OBGYN. If you receive a referral to this clinic, consider yourself very lucky—SUGO Clinic is exceptional. My only recommendation for those visiting is to arrive a bit early to allow time for parking. There is only street parking available, and the clinic is located downtown. We arrived about 20 minutes early and were able to find a spot without any issues.
I had such an amazing experience here today. I was extremely nervous and the ultrasound tec I had was so patient and gentle she explained everything to me and let me see the screen many times. The doctor I had was also amazing took her time and explained everything and also showed me everything. I was there for 2 hours being scanned and they made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend!
I had the most validating, gentle and informative appointment at the SUGO clinic with Dr. Brad Sullivan and Dr. Leonardi. If you are lucky to get a referral to this clinic, it really is life changing. Nerves will be left at the door and every detail will be reviewed and explained with care.
If I could give this a negative star I would my wife is pregnant and her appointment was set for 4:30, and now I just found out there was 2 other people set for 4:30. Ok sure fine, but my wife made it there early for the appointment at 3:45 she went in no one else was there so I thought it would have been fast nope, she is waiting to go get the ultrasound done, and the 2 other people came in after her and your telling me she is going last? She has been waiting there for 30 minutes and the other 2 got in with a 5 minute wait????? My wife is on the high risk birth list like excuse me?? I think the staff needs retraining.
The staff are so kind and friendly. The office is clean and modern and everyone is so professional. I’ve appreciated having them as a part of my journey!
