The male ultrasound technician was well mannered and seemed nice. We were unsure about the place based on other reviews specially regarding receptionist, but the one we met with dark hair and glasses was courteous and answered all our questions promptly, even came out to tell us an update once she checked with the technician. It’s an old building setting and parking is really costly though at $10 per hour due to which giving one less star.
Required an ultrasound due to some complications as recommended by my doctor and verified as typical process through symptoms and multiple blood test results. Very rude receptionist said it wouldn't work, then argued and spoke over me attempting to clarify even though I shouldn't have to explain all the details of my medical history to a receptionist. Then she cut me off and said she wouldn't have any availability for a month anyway so I'd have to wait until she knew better anyway? Absolutely not the way to talk to people going through difficult moments in their life! If a doctor submits a requisition for something, how hard is it to fulfill? I don't understand how these receptionists think they know more about someone's medical needs than their doctor.
The - only i can guess - receptionist with ginger like hair and glasses has no manners and needs some attention towards her professionalism. I was waiting for my appointment at life labs where it was very busy. There was no room in the waiting room so we were in the hallway. I was stood infront of the entrance to Imagus for a moment looking into the front desk of life labs. The lady initially asked excuse me as I was infront of the door. When I apologized and moved, she scoffed at me and shook her head in disgust. This is a very rude nature to hold at the entrance of medical offices. These places aren't always comfortable for people and this level of disrespect makes it no easier. I would suggest some serious reflection and attention to the way you speak and approach people.
Had my X-Ray today, Jan. 17th at around 12:40 pm. The technician who did the x-ray was warm and friendly, but NOT the receptionist assigned on this very day. She was VERY RUDE!! Personally, with that kind of attitude, she should not be stationed at the reception area, because it will reflect the image of the company.
I called and they gave me an appointment for an ultrasound in 2 days. I showed up 15 minutes early, they had me take a seat and called me for the exam after less than a minute! The technician, Lisa, was super friendly and made me feel at ease with her great communication. I was told that the doctor would get the results the next day. Overall I was very pleased with my experience.
Reception is disgustingly rude and inconsiderate. She’s arguing with me that I need to be 7 weeks pregnant to book a DATING ultrasound. How would I know how far along I am until I get the ultrasound? Also, women find out they’re pregnant as early as 4 weeks and have plenty of time for options. I explained to her that I am weighing my options and she said “I’ve been doing this for a year now” doing what? Being a receptionist? Yea stick to that because you’re clearly very very uneducated on women’s reproductive health. Monday September 16th at 8:12 am
Masks mandatory still.. REALLY!!! I work across the street at St Joe's and they dropped the mask mandate over a year ago. Otherwise fast and prompt service.
