I can not say thank you enough to the technician Lori who made the uncomfortable procedure very comfortable. She was very patient and took her time to make the internal ultrasound not feel so invasive. Lori should be recognized for her compassion and care she took with her patient. This is the 2nd year I have had Lori and I give her 5 stars ? for an excellent job.
First of all , this place is outstanding. I had to get an X-ray done. I came to registration at 4:15 pm, while they close at 5pm, had my X-ray done in 5 min, walked out and got into the car 4:23, the receptionist, X-ray technician and all the staff very professional and efficient. The rooms very clean, neat service, clean gowns. Very and over satisfied, thank you guys keep up good work. Review rating 5 stars - excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I walked in it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the x-ray technician. I think the whole experience took 10 minutes before I was back out the door. It's nice having these facilities here so we don't need to go to Hamilton for everything like the good old days.
We went for our ultrasound today. This is our second baby and the experience today was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time at this clinic and all of our appointments will be scheduled here from now on.
Went for an appointment for IPS first trimester screening. Reception was great and got me through quickly...had a full bladder as instructed and technician collected me from waiting room. She said I could evacuate some of my bladder as it was very full ...did so and returned to the exam room. The experience was painful and I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time I did express my uncomfortableness and the tech said it was the area she was working on..I laid there wincing as I had nothing to compare this too. The next morning I wake up tender in that area with slight bruising...I was instructed to email the manager which I have done ...twice and not heard back. Incredibly disappointed in my experience and reported it to my Doctor.
From the booking to the ultrasound, wonderful experience at this clinic. 5 stars for the communication from staff members when I needed clarification on my form, as well as 0 wait time and the care from the technician. 100% will be going here again.
