The Service was awesome. They delivered our tempur bed (now getting the best sleep ever). The delivery person was courteous and helpful. We also purchased a futon from them over 10 years ago and it's still working perfectly.

He explained everything clearly and helped me decide which futon I wanted but gave me a few minutes to make up my mind on my own. :) I like that they make their own mattress covers in store!
