Very nice store! Small but excellent quality items curated by the lady owner. Don’t get fooled by the neighborhood. Very high quality made in canada furniture. You can customize everything! We picked up a set of stools where we chose the metal and fabric. Great choice of rugs. 100% wool as well as synthetics. Unique kitchen items. I picked up a couple of bowl covers made in Manitoba to use to cover my bread bannetons. A good collection of arts as well. Highly recommended.
This is the second time we have furnished a room with Lofty Ambition’s quality Canadian-made furniture and it will not be our last. Elizabeth, the owner, is a delight and is very knowledgeable. She took well over an hour with us in her store as we decided between fabrics and styles. She has also ensured that the delivery company who brings the furniture are also top quality and very courteous when they drop off your items. I have recommended Elizabeth’s store to many people as a great small business who offers Canadian made high quality furniture with exceptional customer service!
It is a small cozy store in Hamilton which was a life saver for me. I broke a mug from my set and I end up buying not only the missing mug but more of my set from the store. Elizabeth was really good in addressing my order on time. I live far away in another city but probably their website will be my go to place from now on.
