I purchased a single mattress, and the regular price was $400 on sale for $200.00. Great deal, right? Wrong. After sleeping on the mattress, only 24 nights, it has caved in, in the center, leaving a large depression. I'm not impressed.
Affordable, high quality mattresses made in Canada. Cam provided excellent service to my spouse and I. Very accommodating and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Delivery was also prompt and no nonsense! I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for furniture.
We recently.bought a couch and in store salesguy was great as well, we love our couch. BUT, as a senior couple we paid and arranged delivery from the store . Delivery was on time but our couch was literally left sitting in the middle of the floor with all the wrapping and on its side. It was very difficult for us to move it to get the wrapping off and put the feet on , then flip it over and around to put in place. I feel the store needs to be clear about the fact they dont help with wrap etc. We would gladly have paid higher delivery cost for the help. We wont be able to purchase large items here again because of this Please let your customers know, their pieces are simply coming through the door and being left.

I was at the location in Hamilton city. I liked the furniture and the service. Sanskriti Thakur the girl who works there was very helpful and nice; she showed me different options and prices, and helped me to make my decision. I recommend this location to every one looking to buy a furniture in Hamilton.
The store is always awesome was sad to hear Jay is gone but the gentleman taking over for him Robin is awesome like him looking for good product and deals go check them out
I am beyond thrilled with this place! Jay was such a great sales man! The first couch I ordered didn't fit so they took it back and found me one that would and it was cheaper! The delivery guys were very polite even when I was ready to cry when the first couch wouldn't fit lol. I will definitely be back for more! Already used my extra money for a layaway for bunk beds! This place is amazing!!!
