I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at how I was scammed. Cole low balled me and lied to me. My stupidity. My mistake. But he takes advantage of others. Business is business and I understand and even agree with that. BUT! he paid me $100 for a pair of chairs that he's selling for $2000. I knew they had value but I didn't know how to find a buyer and I didn't know they were worth that much. Well the jokes on me.
Cole is the owner of Axnt - completely knowledgeable and great to work with. I have purchased several beautiful MCM pieces and Cole has delivered them to my home even in the heat wave of a summer! Great furniture store.
I met Cole once and purchased an item. He apologized for his poor customer service in replying to me to set up an appt. I called his business phone number again this week. No answer. Emailed him the following day regarding what hours he would actually be open this week to purchase another item. He fails to even respond to emails or phone calls. I don't know how a business can realistically stay open with such bad customer service. Inexcusable. Good luck trying to get him to reply.
I had such a great experience with Cole at AXNT Furniture! I messaged him wanting to purchase a dresser and he delivered the very next day! The whole process was completely seamless from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, he even took the time to tell me more about a few of my other furniture pieces. Cole was fantastic to deal with ~ informed but has a no pressure sales. The shop is laid out well with beautiful pieces. Highly recommend this shop for people looking for fairly priced and high quality mid century pieces We bought 6 chairs to go with our dining table ~ finding a matching set of 6 MCM chairs is almost like finding a unicorn !
A BIG Shout-out to Cole at AXNT Furniture. Cole has amazing MCM furniture pieces at his showroom. We bought a beautiful Danish made Teak dining table and had our six Nordic teak chairs reupholstered as well. Cole takes pride in his work, he is friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with! We highly recommend Cole and AXNT!!
