My husband and I were looking for an outdoor patio set . We had the best service from Roberto from both locations in Limeridge Mall and on upper James st. We had a set price in mind to spend on our furniture but after meeting with Roberto we for go our budget. He went above and beyond our expectations and we ended up buying a patio set and four more chairs for our new patio. Thank you, again. For the great customer service!
Placed an order through their Website Chat Room. The contact was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. This is my third dealing with DOT over a number of years and have always found them courteous.
I purchased a sectional wicker patio set and fire table from this location 4 years ago. Spent the money thinking I would get what I pay for. Not the case. This set has literally fallen apart. The wicker has unravelled, frame on one chair has warped and is permanently bent. I store everything with meticulous care free from UV and from harsh winter weather. The store personnel were great but the I have to say the quality is terrible. Neighbours spent thousands less from a big box location and have had zero issues. I would not buy from DOT again.

Dot Furniture has the absolute best patio furniture by far. We already own a fire pit, a patio set and a rocker so this year we purchased two lounge chairs and cushions. Knowing the warranty and the quality I reached out to Roberto on the chat to secure these chairs for me for this summer. He did and I am thrilled with him and the service he extended.
