We met with Mike at this furniture store — we’ve dealt with him before and he’s always been awesome to work with. Super friendly, honest, and really knows his stuff. We were looking for two dressers and he gave us a fair price with a reasonable delivery time. The showroom is big with tons of great options, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend checking them out and asking for Mike!

Order a dresser through the online store and said one was at the Stoney Creek store. When I called they said it had to be order. Ordered and it came in a decent amount of time. I noticed when I went to pick it up it was sitting on its end and the box showed how it should be and that wasn't the was at. When I got home and took it out of the box damaged. When I called to complain they said take pictures and send in with serial number. I had to call numerous times and it took longer for replacement then original. They had it for a month and the day it was suppose to be delivered it was wrong one. Called more times and had to go to Kitchener store to pick it up or wait for over a month. It was also stacked incorrectly in the warehouse. When I got it home the second one was also damaged. Still waiting for a dresser and have to damaged ones taking up space. To the owner it wasn't laying on face. The bracing on the bottom was mashed which probably happen from a forklift. I ordered May 7/23. First one came May 20/23. The replacement one I didn't receive until August 2023 and the top was damaged on it. you guys kept telling me in two weeks and then again two weeks. The last time 30 days. I want my new dresser so I can use it or give me my money back. Can't Get through to anyone to find out what's going on. It's now October and the last time talking to online store the comment was use the one you got. I paid for a dresser that was suppose to be in perfect condition. I have bought lots of furniture over the years from other companies and have never had this problem.
The worst furniture store and worst customer service ever, very rude people never get what you order always wrong size ,wrong color very cheap quality I would never recommend this place to anyone once you go in the store they act nice but once you order come and there is something wrong with it they ignore you and always think they are right and the customer is wrong
I would recommand Home Style Furniture Inc to anyone who wants to buy new furniture. Home Style Furniture have the best customer service that help you to choose and answer question (Thankyou very much Mister Gary!). I order furniture online and choose everything without seeing the final result. When i received the furniture I was very happy of the quality of Decorest canadian made (can't go wrong with that) i bought config B of ALLESSANDRA from Decorest I selected my fabric, density of foam, and also the fabric for 5 pellows.
April 2021 I just made a purchase of a large sectional sofa from Gary and was very pleased with the exceptional customer service over the phone and via chat. I left a voicemail to inquire about a product and when he called back, I forgot which model I was inquiring about. I told him what type of sofa I was looking for and he recommended me the perfect model very quickly. I now have to wait for my product to be shipped to the warehouse to my home and hoping that it arrives when expected. So far, I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend to others shopping for a quality and affordable sofas. Dec 2021 So here is my follow-up review after receiving my large sectional. After eight months, I finally received my sofa. It was a very long unexpected wait but I understand that there is a disruption in supply chain due to covid. When I first received the couch, we weren't really impressed with the fabric or colour (we bought it online without ever seeing it in person) but after doing a little bit of changes and taking away original decorative pillow and adding some new ones, we are starting to really like it. We love the size of the couch in which Gary as able to suggest and customize order for us. As for customer service, Gary was very courteous the whole time, throughout me tirelessly messaging/calling to inquire about my couch for several months. I never had a bad conversation with him and I know that he is doing the best on his end. I have kept my 5 star review because of the great customer service, especially from Gary, that I received even though the sectional took months to deliver. These days not everything is under our control and I believe Home Style Furniture did their best under challenging retail seasons.
