We had quite a bad experience with them. Paid for the furniture and delivery but for some odd reason, they refuse to deliver. Very strange experience, I've never seen a furniture company refuse to deliver product. They might be a good option if you are in the Hamilton region. The sales team was very nice and courteous. I've requested our money back and hopefully they'll be able to resolve without escalation.
Placed an order November 2021 and still there is no sign of my order. 7 months gone by and they have no idea when they can actually deliver! Truly disappointed with their service. No recommended at all!
Very poor communications, verbal agreements worthless, money goes in but never comes out with store credit regardless of fault, the customer is always wrong even about grey being brown and a 2" difference in chair height. If your transaction goes smoothly, you're lucky. If not, you'll be dealt with by Patrick, the owner. Patrick has anger issues and will likely reply to this with a story that blames me. quite possibly the worst experience of any furniture store I have ever experienced. They will try to charge you any extra fees they can, they will deliver the furniture late, they will tell you they can assemble your furniture then will refuse to do so at the last second. Very disorganized service and unreliable. They are happy to leave you hanging last second and charge you extra fees for sub par service. I encourage the owner to contact me regarding this service. However, I do not believe they care enough about customers to do so.
The staff here were very polite and helpful. They help me load my new furniture i bought today and while i was strapping it down they loaded another guy who didn't bring anything to tie his furniture down with and then got upset they didn't carry rope or twine.They explained its a legal thing, makes sense Great guys
