They’re very friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy. Very reasonably priced. They listen to you and what you are looking for and provide you several options that would be of interest. The fact that they are family owned and ran- you can definitely see there is care behind the business.
Came here with my husband at 3:50 pm on Sunday just to stop in and have a Quick Look, and they were already closed up!!!! Says open until 4 pm on Sundays.
I unfortunately have to leave a bad review because when I tried to privately handle this issue, my emails were ignored. I purchased a sectional couch here back in November and was not informed the couch was actually two separate pieces of furniture put together. Sitting on it the one time and not seeing this until it was brought into my home was quite upsetting. We still paid a good chunk of change at this location and was quite disappointed this wasn't disclosed to us until too late. The couch is different fabric, different cushion density and overall looks and feels different. When I reached out to express my disappointment and ask for some money off, I was met with no apologies or understanding, just told too bad. I am incredibly disappointed since I had nothing but positive things to say about this place but the way they handled this after their pockets were full was incredibly disheartening. They stopped replying to my emails, so unfortunately I have to warn off others. If you plan to buy here make sure your furniture is what you expect it to be, because they will be of no help once they take your money. Would not recommend this store.
Amazing experience! Travelled 2 hours to visit and was well worth the drive. Huge warehouse with 3 floors of stock. Also amazing customer service with Brayden, he gave us a good deal and was very transparent with prices. Would 100% come back.
Terrible! Promised delivery Wednesday, didn't arrive in spite of calling the day before to confirm!!! Grandfather of the manager helped get our refund. Found the same mattress at City Furniture for $150 less! Beware of Braden! He lied to me! Insisted he called but no call appeared on my phone! Braden all calls are on the phone's call list!!!
Visited here a few months back after reading so many positive google reviews. Bought a sectional couch from the salesman who described their couches to be Canadian made and great quality. Price was great and got the couch delivered the next day. The chair was not handled with care upon being delivered, it was not wrapped as promised and the delivery men were very sloppy and even put 2 holes in my wall from carrying it into my apartment. I ignored it because the service was quick. Fast forward a few months later and my sectional is already worn out, parts of the chair are coming off and it’s just in bad condition. For something Canadian made and great material, this shouldn’t happen so quickly. I take very good care of my furniture, so I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.
Friendly and caring family - great experience. 3 floor selection with many different styles and price points. WAY CHEAPER than competitors with family like service. Exchanged damaged items without any hassle. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
