We recently purchased living room furniture at Designer Furniture. The experience was amazing! It started with Dena having unbelievable patience with us, and she wal(ked us through all of our options. The pricing, ordering, delivery was fast) efficient and easy. We ran into a little snag, but the whole team pitched in, and were exceptionally helpful in the end to ensure we were very happy with our furniture. I would, and will recommend them in the future.
Can’t say enough about the customer service and knowledge of their staff. Seham was so kind and helped us pick out the perfect sectional for our family room. We are so pleased. The team went above and beyond to make sure it would fit down our tight staircase. Delivery team was excellent as well. Highly recommend this beautiful store and staff.
The sales rep (Seham) was very helpful and delivery was on time. I was very happy with the quality of the furniture and the price that I went back a few weeks later and bought furniture for the second bedroom. I will be going back again and recommend it to all my friends.

Oh, bravo to this “luxury” furniture brand, truly the cirque du garbage of designer décor. We dropped thousands on what was advertised as high-end leather couches. Apparently “cutting-edge” meant the seams literally cutting themselves open in less then a year. Stunning. Inspirational. A masterclass in how to turn premium furniture into premium trash. And the warranty? Oh, that’s my favorite part. They suddenly developed selective amnesia about their own promises. Watching them wiggle out of honoring it has been like watching a bad improv show: excuses, zero substance, and absolutely no intention of taking responsibility. Truly award-winning customer service — if the award is “Most Likely to Ghost You After Cashing the Check.” Our couches and loveseat are splitting apart like they’re trying to escape this company too. Honestly, I don’t blame them. If you want furniture that self-destructs and a company that treats you like an inconvenience after you’ve paid them a fortune, congratulations, you’ve found the perfect match. Everyone else: save yourself. Buy literally anything else. A pile of bricks would be more reliable.
We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Designer Furniture Gallery. Initially, we were a bit confused about the colour and choice of furniture. However, the entire team, including Reet, Seham, and Gavy, assisted us in selecting the perfect pieces for our family room. The result is stunning; not only the pieces are beautiful, but they are also durable. We highly recommend this place.
Had a very good experience shopping hear. I dealt directly with Mickey. He was extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process. He was quick to promise next day delivery as he though they had the couch in stock, but was just as quick to call and inform us it'll be in on the following Monday. All in all, very impressed with the service and staff of Designer Furniture Outlet.
My wife and I purchased a number of couches from this store, however upon delivery one of the legs was broken on one of the couches. It was sent back to be fixed. I have been given 3 dates when the couch was supposed to be delivered back to me. The first time, I was contacted after waiting all day to inform me that the couch would not be delivered and a new date was scheduled. The next time, after waiting all day, the delivery simply did not occur, without any notice. The third time I was promised the delivery would occur but when I called to confirm I was told there was a mix up and that it still could not be completed on that date. When I contact the store I'm given an apology and a rescheduled delivery date. I'm currently still waiting for the couch to be delivered back to me. The purchase was made in May and it's now August. I was initially pleased with the sales staff but I am extremely disappointed with their process for handling delivery of the product to the point that I would not make any future purchases from this business.
Ordered a Chair Nov 18th 2017. It is now January 13th and we still have not got it. Promised 4 to 6 weeks delivery. It's been 8 weeks - Micky follow-up with this order!

Nice collection of furniture and rugs... I purchased bedroom chest and a rug...arrived on time as promised... I had to replace the rug due to manufacturing defect.. No problem... The saleswoman Seham is the best salesperson in town.
