First of all I would like to address the sales staff. The sales staff here are amazing and very helpful. The prices here can't be beat. The membership is a amazing deal. I at first thought we had to be members but you don't you just save more money then you already do. The delivery guys were perfect and my daughter thought the son was cute (she's mad I wrote that in here) and we had 1 service issue and it was taken care of. Just to get how great their deals are we drove up here from Thamesville paid $900 delivery fee and still saved over $1300. We will be telling everyone we know to make sure they shop here. I'm a single dad with 4 kids. It's tough. But when we went to Parks Furniture not only do they have a place for my kids to play so i could shop but they even interact with the kids and make them smile. I bought new coffee table for my living room and rec room new bed for all 5 of us and mattress for myself. The staff were amazing and you could really tell they cared about there customers. Thank You Parks for being so great, my parents and aunt and uncle are coming in as well as two friends from high school. There is no other place I will ever shop for furniture then here. Prices,sales staff and customer service is top notch
This store was such a pleasant find! We found it via Google from looking at stores with good reviews. We weren't disappointed. They're a large volume distributor so have lower mark up on their prices than other retailers for the exact same product by same manufacturer. Ordering was easy. The delivery guys were excellent. The only suggestion I have is to improve communication with clients once they have ordered but are awaiting delivery. For example there were items we ordered and were waiting to hear back about whether they were in stock. I would call, the sales person would be busy so I'd leave a message. Wouldn't hear back within a couple days and would call again, etc. Once we were able to connect they were again very helpful. The quality of the furniture is amazing. We've received so many positive comments about our furniture. We have recommended them to many friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from parks again.
SAVINGS. SAVINGS. SAVINGS. You shop here you will save money, you will get great furniture with very helpful staff and sales woman. Their service department was right on top of a service issue we had and rectified it as fast as they could. If you shop anywhere else, you are getting ripped off. Same furniture as The Brick and Leon's and Ashley but they don't quadruple their sales price. We bought new dining set and bed and our new sofa love is just beautiful. Have already sent my friends and family in because why buy anything anywhere else :)
I definitely recommend Park's Furniture. We recently downsized and basically needed all new, smaller, furniture. Our interior decorator recommended Park's and we dealt with Lore. She was able to help us find everything we needed and make recommendations that we would not have even considered without her help. We really liked the fact that they represent high quality Canadian manufacturers and the store is very large with lots of different styles to look at. Aside from the excellent quality and service, the pricing is excellent. I think you'd be hard pressed to find lower prices for the same products anywhere else. I can say without hesitation Park's is now our go to place when looking for furniture. Just this past weekend we went by and purchased a sofa for downstairs.
