Nice salespeople ...however the Couch looked much bigger in showroom Sadly we didn't write measurements down. Very Expensive ...but nice that it's made in canada
The couch we just received is absolutely stunning. The quality is superior through and through, and will last us for years to come. The craftsmanship is top notch and we are unable to find even one issue with it. Lovey and Karen were honest, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Lovey promised delivery before Christmas with our order only placed early November. It arrived just on time, with conscientious delivery staff. We love our new furniture, and Lovey was so helpful. Very good customer service and I was very pleased with my 2 sofas until now. I went there to purchase 100% leather and to support a Canadian company. I gave very detailed description of what I wanted. 100% leather that would last. About 8 or 9 years ago I was assured this. I phoned today to tell them that my leather is peeling. The lady I spoke with called me back promptly and said that there are new owners as of 2014 and if I can show them original receipt they will see if something can be done. Thank you for showing me some hope Tina. Hopefully something will be done. Fingers crossed.
