Donna and Kassandra were very helpful! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our purchases/order. Even though we were there just minutes before closing, they never made us feel rushed. Overall, positive customer service and great experience.

Never again. I made a big purchase and tried to used my flexibility card. They made so many mistakes. Unbelievable! Thank you for nothing. I don't recommend to spend your money here. I forgot to mention all they said to my husband is that the terminated the perosn that made the mistake. So what the mistake is already made and they never fix anything. Old I got was. Sorry we can't do anything.
I love this Hamilton Jysk. All the staff are always helpful, friendy and outgoing. I always walk out of the store with more things than I intended. I lost receipts a month ago that I needed for tax purposes, the manager Harsh, was able to pull up my receipts through the system and sent a file to my email. Thanks everyone!
I was just at the store. I had some lady following me who was stalking me she was describing how I looked and was walking behind me and was describing everything that I was doing. So I confronted her at the cash register and one of the girls that worked there came between us and basically escorted me out of the store and she left the stalker in the store. Did nothing to protect me, who knows if somebody was waiting for me outside, but she just told me to have a great day and she left the stalker just wandering around the store. So much for customer service. I was told by another emoyee when I just called the store to find out the name of the manager that most likely the girl's (employee's) name is Samantha.
