I would never recommend shopping at this store. I personally do not even think the store exists. I placed an online order after speaking to someone to confirm delivery date as the dining table we were ordering needed to be delivered to us for an event. I was assured several times over the phone that we would receive it on time. We put through the order and then two days later received an automatic email saying that it had been flagged and cancelled. We contacted the store and spoke to someone named Mohammed who said that it was automatically cancelled by Shopify due to an address issue on the credit card. We confirmed we could reorder the item and still receive it on time and it would not be an issue - keep in mind we still had not received the original refund so we were out $1400.00 We placed the order AGAIN and just yesterday I called to confirm that we were on track for delivery and I was told that Shopify cancelled it again and I was not given an actual reason as to WHY. We are now out $2,800, our banks cannot confirm a refund is pending, a manager/owner has not called me back and instead I received a pitiful email blaming Shopify with no solution to this issue. This is atrocious customer service, especially in these hard economic times and when someone is trying to support Canadian businesses. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be out thousands of dollars and have no furniture.
I ordered an L-shaped couch from this store and had a great experience! There are so many options to customize as well and the customer service here is excellent. I have had the couch for 6 months now and love it, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
My husband and I had a great experience with this store! The bedroom furniture we purchased was beautiful and a fair price compared to other stores. The delivery men were AMAZING; they were very respectful and careful with our items, they laid blankets as to not get our floors dirty when they came in and they even helped my husband assemble one of the larger items. Some of the drawers had scratches, but Mohammed kindly replaced them without hesitation.
Had a great experience with getting our living room couch! Mohammed and team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us to narrow down our couch but not pushy at all. We bought a Canadian made couch with the ability to fully customize the fabric, size and all the details. Waited about 3 weeks for the delivery. Delivery was super smooth and it looks amazing in the space! Really pleasant experience.
Mohammed was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. No high pressure sales. Lots of great furniture at good prices! A great store, highly recommend!
I advise everyone NOT to waste their money at this store my elderly parents bought furniture here that is garbage in less then 10 months and this store won’t stand by their products and refund or replace the damage furniture. Only people giving this store 5 stars is it own family. This place is not worth even a star
Don’t WASTE your money here . It’s better for you to flush your money down the toilet then give this business your money because they don’t care about the product once they have your money .Furniture is a big investment they are items you want to have in your home for years to come . If you buy your furniture here you will be out of furniture and your money . I wanted a very specific type of couch and was told the type I wanted was not on the floor . I was shown pictures and was made to believe it was a good product . FIRST RED FLAG is when they told me I had to sign a paper saying “ they will not refund my money if I didn’t like the product even if there is a problem with the item my money will not be returned” trusting them I signed this paper ( don’t make this mistake !) . Afterwards I was told if there where any problems with the item I had 24 hours to call them and they would REPLACE the part …..the couch came to my house with brown stains all over the back side . I call them back with in the 24 hours and they provided me with two new pieces . BOTH stained again. Within two weeks of my purchase the wood on couch had broken . It was not usable ,they said they would give me a whole new couch ….. the coach came to my house … stained again . They tried to convince me it’s not their problem it’s the people they buy it from. They will not refund my money and they have left me with a stained couch . They told me they can not open these boxes to check the condition of the product before giving them to customers because of covid which means you are paying for something they have no idea what is inside , and obviously neither does the customer. Leon’s is right across the street and will treat you way better ! Just go there .
