Really friendly and kind staff. They take the time to explain everything to you, and they do fantastic work. I think the dogs were in holiday mode today because they didn't greet me at the door like they usually do, but they get a pass since they're adorable and sweet. I probably just showed up during their nap break.
The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. The work was done on time, and the car feels great on the road. Highly recommend their service for a smooth and hassle-free tire change!
Great customer service. Workmanship is fantastic. I am a retired mechanic and can appreciate the great job that was done to my vehicle. I have always been the mind set no one can do it better than me as I worked on my own cars forever and now am at that part of life where it's time to let people help you out. I think I have found exactly what I needed with these guys . I am totally happy with the service I received and well yes someone can do it better than me now!!! I will be back for all my vehicle needs.
Very accommodating for fitting me in for an appointment to change my all seasons to winter tires at the point where getting any appointments within the next couple of weeks seems to be a challenge. Smooth drop off and pick up after the swap being done.
Made appointment 2 weeks ago for service first thing in the morning. When I came I was told it's going to be by 12:00. I called at 11:00 and they told me it's going to be done 2:30. This is very very bad customer service .
I had an urgent issue on Monday morning with my car. Brad took it in and said “leave it with me”! A few hours later he had it repaired. I have been a customer with the team at OK tire since I moved into the area 8 years ago. They are courteous, professional and skilled at their trade. Dave at Grisdale Racing got the parts I needed quickly and at a fair price. Some of our regular suppliers of racing components have been affected by the lockdown in Ontario, and deliveries have been impacted. It was great to go pick up the parts close to home! Great service.
