I bought tires on line with sensors and they need to be actived . I recieved info from the seller who spoke to the tire supplier and they recommended this shop . I called today and I said i got tires online and before i could say anything else they replied " im sick of programming sensors for people who buy tires online " then they hung up the phone on me !!!! I was shocked and what he probably didnt realize i was also looking at buying four 19 inch alloy rims and also needed 4 tires and rims balanced . Extremely rude to a customer who asked a simple question .!!!!
Poor customer service. I was booked in for an early Saturday appointment which I found out after waiting a half hour that you weren't even open. Could of also had the courtesy to let me know.
Just got my tires swapped today, everything was okay up until an employee brought my car back to the parking lot and he was driving abnormally fast for being in a parking lot, he throws my car into reverse then hits the curb so hard that my car jolted forward. I was extremely upset and I let the employee know that this is unacceptable. He proceeded to play it off saying “it’s just the tires and I only hit the curb” He did not apologize for what he did/how he behaved. Employees should have more care for costumer’s vehicles so I will not be coming back nor I will be recommending this place to my family, friends or clients.

I was referred to Focus by a friend and I am so glad that I was. Kevin (the owner) really knows his stuff. He supplied the tires that I wanted at a very fair price. The back of shop crew Matt and Braden are first class at what they do. For service, quality products and value for money, these folks have my highest recommendation and I suggest that you buy your tires here.? I bought a set of Cooper Ultra Touring tires; a truly good tire.
This is where I go to when needed winter tires and all season tires. This is also my number one recommendation to any of my friends and family if needed new tires for any vehicle and any sizes. They also sell rims to compliment your tires regardless of what is the intended purpose. Best price in town hands down and really friendly staff easy going and very helpful. I never buy tires from any other place the very familiar tire place “CT”. Never go there to have anything needed to be done or repaired on your vehicle. They price way overpriced and will sell you unnecessary things to be replaced or install just get a customer to spend more. Like you came for an oil change and then they will tell you that cabin air filter needed to be replaced . When you ask how much would that be they will charge a customer a ridiculous price. Which is really not hard to do it just take 5 mins just buy the cabin air filter that fit your vehicle go to youtube if not sure how to do it. That’s really sad when people have to deceive one another to make a profit. It’s really sad that instead of people turning to be better apparently people are turning for the worst. If you could remember way back on our grandparents era everyone is nice to one another and help one another, you can even leave your house door intentionally and your neighbours will lock if for you or give you shit for not locking your door or they will keep an eye of your house . Now you have to keep your doors locked at all times from your neighbours because you don’t know them and won’t even bother to know them.
