I had an excellent experience at this tire shop. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, made helpful recommendations without any pressure, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I drive a typical work van. Today while driving between customers my tire pressure light came on. Upon a quick visual inspection I noticed a small piece of metal in one tire that had a slow air leak. I talked to my boss who said to go to the Cambridge location. Upon arrival they couldn't fit me in for today at all. So I discuss with my boss and he said to go to Hamilton Kal Tire as I only live 10mins away from the Hamilton location. I called to see if they had avalibility and they did! I was able to get a mid afternoon appt and repair of my tire which had 2 punctures. They did measure my tread and left notes to get my tires done prior to winter. Overall it was a good experience and closer to home than other locations. So I will probably ask my management to send me there for any future work that is needed on my vehicle.
Ordered comercial trailer tires at KalTire Stoney Creek dealing with Chris(sales). Went today for installation, Chad the branch managed could use some customer service training- very rude in dealing with customers and his own employees. $6000 order Still not completed.Do not use this location. All I did was to ask about some fees that I was not aware of. Chad ripped the work order in front of me and show me the door. That is not the way you treat your customers. I’ve been a custoner for over 8 years
This shop is outstanding! They truly care about their customers, they offer suggestions on how to fix and not just try to take ur money. They pride themselves on true customer service! Been coming here for almost a decade and couldn't be more happy?
Great customer service and friendly staff. I wasn't a 100% sure what my car needed, and I explained to the staff over the phone the details of my car issue. They made me an appointment, gave me a free assessment and explained in detail, what needed to be done. I am extremely impressed with the timeliness of the work, the efficiency of the staff and the over all work done!! A big thank you from me and my family.

Have a Tesla Model 3 that has specific lifting requirements. Talked to Rob in Stoney Creek and was immediately comfortable that he understood, and had the equipment to do the job right. Ricardo quickly found the broken drill bit that was causing the leak and I was on my way in under an hour. Solidly recommended!
