I had an amazing experience at Cindy’s Tires getting my winter tires installed! Cindy went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did she quickly notice that my old winter tires didn’t fit my current car—despite being the same size, the rim bolt pattern was completely different—but she made sure I understood the issue and didn’t leave me guessing. What really impressed me was how fast she got me back in to have the tires switched onto the correct rims. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!
Life saver on a Sunday, when everyone redirected me elsewhere Cindy's tires actually helped me fix my tire on my sprinter 2500, I got a quick patch and was on my way. I'll definitely come back to replace that tire and the rest of my tires for all vehicles from now on. Thank you so much Cindy's tires!!!!
She did an outstanding job on my tire! Her customer service was excellent—she was kind, informative, and took the time to clearly explain and show me everything she was doing. I really appreciated her transparency and professionalism throughout the process. Definitely recommend going to her!!!
Cindy was fantastic I have a set of custom powder coated rims and the previous shop scratched the barrels Cindy on the other hand took her time and cared for my wheels even tho they are low profile tires which sometimes require some finesse Cindy is a true professional you have gained a new customer for sure!!
Thank you so very much Cindy! I was in a panic to get my tires changed and she was able to squeeze me in and get them done! Her work is impressive! She clearly cares about her craft and enjoys it. That is hard to come by these days. Also, her prices are the best in the area and worth every penny! I’ve never been to repair centre feeling like I’ve ripped, THEM off! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
Service seemed okay // but all my valve stems are leaking not happy that I paid 205$ to ruin my new tires should of never replaced my valve stems I never had issues with not happy
Cindy is an absolute dream to deal with! She is formerly known as "the tire girl" at the queenston tire. She opened up her own little shop and is knowledgeable and isn't going to try to upsell or jack up the price. Ladies and gents go here for your tire needs, alignments and rotations. Don't just give her a chance, let her prove to you by her workmanship why you need to go here! I'm now a believer and will go here for all my tire needs from now on. Thank you again Cindy!
