The staff were super accommodating for a last minute inspection on my Honda. Didn't mess me around or try to hose me like other shops have in the past. I'd definitely recommend them to those looking for a good mechanic.
The Centennial location guys are first-class! Gary and Shayne are personable, helpful and kind (rare in such a competitive industry)! Duncan, one of the mechanics is always willing to help with extras too! Been going there for years for repairs, oil changes, etc. and they always come through. Loaner cars, when available, are always a bonus (not many have those anymore).

I am a customer of Beverly Tire on Centennial Parkway. My sister is as well. Recently she has been having issues with her car always needing a boost. She figured it might be the battery but was hoping it wasn’t as the car is only five years old. She drove her daughter over for an oil change and spoke to Shayne, one of the guys who works up front at the counter. He ended up telling her to leave her car there and that they would somehow fit it in. It turns out it was the battery and he managed to track one down for her car as it is a specific type the same day and get it installed. He went out of his way for her. His kindness and understanding towards customers in general is very much appreciated. It definately eased her stress over the car and this issue. Thank you Shayne and Beverly Tire for always putting your customers first and their needs in such a professional, kind manner. I appreciate this business and put my trust in them.
