Terrible service. Similar to someone else here who visited the Concession St location in Hamilton. Booked a tire change for 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon — arrived early. They didn’t take my car in until around 5:20. The kid was working at a snails pace - took him an hour to change 4 tires. Then the alignment… I’ve been sitting here for well over three hours now and they’re still not done. I won’t be coming back.
Had a screw in my tire which was then flat. Had a terrible day. Brought my car in the same day to get the tire fixed and they did it super quick and didn’t even charge me. Good end to my bad day! Thank you!
The team here work hard, and it shows in these reviews. I chose Kal Tire instead of the major retailer I usually attend because I wanted to support local. Stephanie and her folks work their butts off and appeared to have great relationships with the regulars while I was in the waiting area. They changed my tires over, and updated me (even though they didn’t need to) as things were progressing. They didn’t attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and took the extra step of covering my seats and floor while moving the vehicle 25 feet. Amazing attention to the small details. I have recommended my husband use Kal Tire and I’ll be back again for all my tire needs moving forward. Thanks team!
This location was great to deal with. Stephanie and Bob went out of their way and spent extra time helping me out with my tire sensors. Amazing customer service.
They were short-staffed and seemed a bit busy which is understandable given the season. They still fit me in quickly after booking an appointment whereas other places expected me to wait potentially all day for my tire swap. Thanks.
