Came to this shop to get a quote on some winter tires and steel rims, talked with Joe he asked for the car information and quickly gave me a price on two sets and gave his opinion that the less expensive was just as good as the more expensive ones. He did not try to upsell or make me believe I needed any extras. Left to check a few other places and came back to place the order. Was told I would be called when the tires and rims would be ready( they set them up before calling) to come get them installed. The following day they were ready and if I could come by that day at set time they would be installed. All said and done in 2 days. Fast, reasonable and professional. Called at 9 am and was dropping off my car at 10 am and it was ready just a few hours later. Had the 'car care package' done today and though i didn't qualify for the coupon as my car takes synthetic oil I was offered $10 off my services today! I mentioned a concern and it was looked for and addressed. Upon picking up my car i talked over tires and was given knowledgeable information and pricing. Will most definitely be returning! This place USED to be my go-to, with amazing friendly staff and excellent value. Since they changed management recently, it's hard to get appointments in a timely fashion, there is no flexibility, you're expected to come first thing in the morning and leave your car for hours rather than making an actual appointment, and the front desk staff are curt, dismissive and absolutely do not work to help you the way the former staff did. It's like night and day. Super disappointing.
Staff fit me in with a tire emergency even though they were fully booked up. Been taking my vehicles here for lots of different services, not just tires. Always treated with respect and job well done.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! My 83yr old father booked an appt by telephone & was made to wait OVER 4 HRS from 8:30am-12:30pm WITHOUT ACCESS to seating or a washroom. SHAME ON YOU!

I came in for a slow leak in my newly installed tire. They inspected it and discovered that the original installer hadn't pulled the air valve through the insertion site properly. They repaired it for me but didn't charge me a cent!! Very kind and I will come back here for future needs!
