I’ve been a customer of this branch for more than seven years, handling everything from oil changes to seasonal tire changes for two vehicles. Today, however, I had an unexpectedly negative experience. I called about a week ago to book a tire change, and the person I spoke with confirmed the appointment. When I arrived today, I was told no appointment existed—clearly the booking was not entered properly. The employee at the counter then treated me with open disrespect: she rolled her eyes, spoke dismissively, and even pulled the keys from my hand. When I calmly told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude, she claimed she didn’t like my “tone” and refused to contact a manager. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling error, she behaved as if she were doing me a favor by trying to fit me in. This is unacceptable. I’ve been loyal to Kal Tire because I’ve always trusted the service, but if this is how customers are treated, I have no issue taking my business elsewhere—somewhere professionalism and respect are actually valued.
I woke up this morning with a low tire pressure warning. I drove my car in a panic straight to Kal Tire. They were able to squeeze me in today and fixed my tire. I had a nail in my tire. They gave me a approx time it would be done and it was done close to the time they said. They have great customer service.
Another good experience with Kal Tire today. Had four michelin's put on, the staff was friendly polite and professional with no surprises. Prices are fair. Just like my previous visit I'm impressed and I recommend this shop. Kal Tire has shown me that they stand behind there work in a professional manner. I will definitely visit them again.
So this place is gonna be my go to from now!!! Fast service everyone is very professional and Stephanie was able to fit me in short notice to change my tires!!!! Great location - friendly staff. Rubber prices are exactly on-spec with a half dozen other locations I checked. I have trouble getting certain tires fitted and aligned with custom vehicles - but this is now the second Kal Tire location I trust to put rubber on my metal. Hands-down picks: Winter: Nokian WRG's | Summer: Potenza RE71R = Bridgestone FTW.
Excellent professional service this morning for a free battery evaluation and replacement. Knowledge management and clean processing while inside my car.
Went there to align the 4 wheels, but price was high and I told them to align two tires for now, they did it, guy want to charge me for 4 tires alignment, I said only charge for two, he said our system charge for all 4 tires alignment, I replied okay then align rest of two as well, he said we align all 4. They lied and only aligned two tire. Not recommended.
