This store used to my go to, but ever since the guy who worked here for years left, the service has gone noticeably downhill. The staff now just don’t seem to care, and my last visit felt like I was bothering the woman by asking simple questions. Just not the same anymore, I now shop elsewhere.
I recently discovered Global Pet Foods, and I couldn't be happier! The store is neat, with everything laid out clearly, and they offer a great range of brands and selections for pets. Stumbling upon this location felt like finding a treasure trove! Chelsea, the staff member who assisted me, was phenomenal—so helpful and knowledgeable. I was also really touched by the sign at the front acknowledging people’s economic challenges, reminding everyone about the mini complementary treats available for pets. That really resonated with me! I’m now a happy new member of this store and look forward to supporting this fantastic business. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment.
Went into Global today and spoke with Lauren about dog food. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, the prices are great for high quality food. We will be back! Thank you for your help today. ☺️
Excellent customer service and store. Lauren has been super helpful. I am new puppy owner and didn’t know what food, toys or all grooming needs were. Thank you Lauren for making it so easy. My new puppy Bailey loves her food and treats recommended.
I'm so incredibly impressed with my experience at Global. Kelly was absolutely amazing. So helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She has put my mind at ease while dealing with new puppy issues. I can't thank her enough. I will definitely recommend and will be back in the near future.
Super helpful staff- Lia and Steve are both knowledgeable and kind. This location has a huge selection of supplies and carries a wide range of raw dog food products! Would definitely recommend!
They are very nice in the store and have a good selection, but I found their prices high. I have a lot of animals so even small amounts higher really adds up. I do price shop and they were higher on a few things.
