We went there for the first time to look for healthier options for our 2 yr old cockapoo. The sales lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different products. We will return for sure!

I really like Bone & Biscuit Co. This pet store provides a great selection of healthy, nutritious, and delicious (judging from the way our dogs devour their food) variety of foods, treats, and other products such as, collars, personalized pendants, leashes, beds, carriers, shampoos, ointments, and even calming oils for your furry loved ones. Your fur babies are always welcome there and you might want to treat your fur baby to a nice self serve S-Paw bath, which you will find located at the back of the store. The shampoos, conditioners, dryer, brushes, towels are included in the low cost of the use of the shower. They have a large selection of treats and toys for your fur babies too. Not to mention the cute selection of clothing, if you enjoy dressing up your fur babies in style. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to selecting the best food for your fur baby. They know everything there is to know about the products they carry. I also need to mention that they carry a great selection of raw foods, and will help you to choose the food that is not only good for your fur baby, but also one that works with your budget. I highly recommend you and your fur baby(s) visit this place.
I am pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of the staff in this store. Julia was very helpful with helping us decide what the best raw food would be for our dog that has health issues. She explained everything we needed to know. Rhiannon was also helpful when explaining the importance of 3 different proteins for our dog. This store was recommended by a staff member at our local vet and I'm so glad we went there. I would highly recommend this store!
The owner and her staff are always very helpful and courteous. I like that it is a woman owned franchise and the owner has helped me out numerous times finding healthy biologically appropriate food for not only my old dog but my cats as well. She has no problem spending a bit of time with her customers and getting out her calculator to determine the phosphorus to calcium ratios for those who have to really watch this with their pets.It is a bit of a drive for me but I prefer giving my business to a small business owner.
First I must mention how amazing Rhiannon ( I hope I spelled correctly! ) the owner of this shop is! I’ve come to her for few emergencies and she has been incredibly helpful with taking care of my puppy. From CBD oil for long drives, finding best food & treats to choosing leash & tag. You can order online & can pickup or go in store for great experience. I encourage everyone to support small businesses and acknowledge how cute & organized this little shop is! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always there to ask any questions & even offer a treat and always thankful for your support!
Beautiful store. The lovely owner is so helpful, and sourced me the most beautiful soft leather collar and leash for our dog. Great products and really nice atmosphere
