I took my cockapoos at Paulmac’s Pets (a Pet Value Company)to have their nails trimmed. I wasn’t expecting what an awesome job Julie did! I brought both dogs in expecting the one to be trimmed to be excitable, and found out that his nails were fine. I do them at home too, but I needed expert help with this excitable chap. I asked Julie to check my work on my female, and Julie had to trim ALL her nails! I had the dogs backwards in expectation. Julie was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. You can really tell Julie cares about all animals. She always leads me to what I need in the store, but this was our first nail trimming session. It won’t be out last. Thanks Julie!
I have been to many pet value stores, but this one was above and beyond. Very clean very organized. Very nice staff and very good recommendations and knowledge ! I’ll be going back even though it’s farther away
Rosedale location: Great customer service. Helped me do 2 large returns as our cat was going through digestion issues with the food we had her on. They helped me call customer service as I did the orders online and processed the returns even though it was past the 30 days. Also, they made recommendations for our sensitive cat. We frequent this location often and they have great deals. Thank you so much for all your help!
Pet Value on king st Rosedale area (Hamilton), is the best experience I've had with pet stores, Staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner is great.
Well talk about caring about animals and this is the place . Always happy staff and people's pets to make it even better. Great selection of cloths, cages and lots of pet gifts for occasions. Also there seasonal catnip is the best in the city and all money donated to AVIA . GREAT JOB
I never write reviews but wow the workers at this Pet Valu have been AMAZING. I placed an order for a cat tree and was called quickly after to say they didn’t have it in stock but would order it, it came in right on time AND they built it for me! Also another time I placed an order and within minutes they were calling to say it was ready for pickup. This is the only place I shop for my cat needs.
Ordered my dogs supplement over the phone and the girl told me it was $29.99. After I picked it up and looked at my bill I was charged $33.99. I called the store and the manager rudely told me "too bad, people make mistakes". The tag said $29.99 but apparently that doesnt matter. For me its the principle and I wont shop somewhere that does that to customers. Very poor practice to not honour the posted price.
