The owner Wade is one of the kindest and most caring people. He really took his time to give me the best solution for my pet, he is extremely knowledgeable and I cannot recommend this store enough!

Great store - very clean and well laid out. The owner was excellent! It’s so nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and understands animals. He was able to make some great suggestions and my pets issue is now solved. Highly recommend and will be back ☺️
Best pet store around the owner is amazing always there, very knowledgeable and very nice. I absolutely love that he takes in shelter cats to adopt out. Not only does he take them in he treats them like his own until they get adopted, they are always out of their cage and roaming free to mingle which is amazing for them and socializing with people and dogs. Love this place!!!!
They have such a well organized clean store with many different toys and treats for your pet. They have beautiful friendly cats for adoption too. Wade is helpful and knowledgeable and good with pets. I love going there to see the cats when I can.
Definitely the new go-to store! Absolutely amazing customer service from the owner and the store is so tidy and well organized. I also love how there is usually a adoptable kitty in store but is not kept in a small cage the whole time like some other stores, he lets the cat be free and roam! It is always so bitter sweet to see a new one after the previous has been adopted but that way of fostering is so smart! The amazing care and effort from the owner is unmatched from any pet store I have gone in. I wish I could give a higher rating than just 5 stars, this place deserves it!
Was not happy having waited in line at the till I asked a question to purchase cat food with pumpkin in it. The woman in behind me proceed to the till and was served ahead of me by the clerk who asked for a phone number when I asked why she stated "oh not you, Mary's number" . I understand it is harder to keep a loyal customer than win over a new one. I am Not a new customer I just have not owned a pet for a few years since our beloved Siamese died in my daughter's arms on Boxing day of heart failure. I have lived in the area and still work in the area and used the store repeatedly for my other cats in years past. Now that I have returned to use the store on my 15 mins between clients I have to be not only once met will a I'll mannered regular but also the cashier. I am saying it here, as obviously there was an err in judgment as to who should have veen served first.
