My girlfriend went in to purchase something and the guy working said she had to go elsewhere because the stock that just arrived was blocking the items by a little. No effort to even try to help her. No where else carries what she’s looking for so she came home upset and defeated because she’s now lost her confidence with the dog we have and all she needed was a new collar. Lazy unprofessional behaviour.
They have such a well organized clean store with many different toys and treats for your pet. They have beautiful friendly cats for adoption too. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and good with pets. This is the number 1 spot for all your pet needs!
The Manager of the store is extremely friendly and has a lot of knowledge about products and so does the staff. Was greeted well with an awesome customer experience. You can tell that they are “pet lovers” just by how they treat you :-D.

Went to Petvalu a couple of weeks ago to get help for my dog. The older lady that helped was incredible. If it wasn’t for her it would have cost me a lot of money at the vets. I will definitely stay a customer.
I switched over to Pet Valu Waterdown during Covid although it is closer I used the larger in town pet food supplier , I found it difficult to get food there so tried PV Waterdown and it is my go to store now . I found the manager there Cathy very approachable and professional . She is interested in my pets and showed compassion when I lost one of my fur babies recently.
Although it is a small store they carry a good variety of pet needs. I have been Pet Value "cat" customer for few years, but new to this store a year ago. In June this year, I inherited a leopard gecko and needed live creepy crawly food (for the gecko!). They were extremely helpful on what the gecko would need and they are the only place in Watertown, that I could find, that carries live reptile food. They ordered supplies for me and I had them in 3 days, I ordered on a Friday. Manager and staff are friendly and courteous, and never fail to call me when "live food" arrives. Also love the successful adoption set-up they have. A joy to shop there!
