I had such a great experience when I went today! The new owners, Sunny & Henna, were so kind and helpful while I was shopping and we even had a great conversation before I left. They gave me great suggestions for products I was considering to buy for my dog! They show genuine care for their customers and told me about some of the fun and exciting things they have planned for the future! I definitely recommend shopping here as the selection, customer service and overall atmosphere all leave you feeling welcomed and respected as a customer - more than just another dollar.
Always love how pet oriented they are! My partner's dog has several allergies and they always try to have one bag of her prefered food available. Theyre also willing to call their other locations if it just so happens to sell.
Very rude staff very ignorant to me as a customer. I come in there all the time for my pet food .will be putting in complaint to management. Hopefully they loose there jobs .or I wont be back .
I special order food for my two dogs from this shop and it always arrives quickly with super friendly service! They have a bonus program for a free bag with every so many purchased and gave me the discount without me having to remember or ask! Great shop!
This store sells my specialy dog food which I have a hard time finding. The lady helped me find the food additive stuff I was looking for for my new dog. I have their club membership and get airmiles too.
