Heather is incredibly kind and talented. She is sweet with the dogs and loves them like her own. If you are unsure what you are looking for, she will take the time to talk it through. Her prices are very reasonable and she gives so much back to the community. Would highly recommend her.
We had such a great experience at Hamilton Dog Spaw! Our dog is usually very nervous (especially around fans) and can be quite hyper, but the team handled him with so much patience and care. They were able to groom him with no issues, and he came out looking amazing. We’re so grateful for how gentle and professional they were — highly recommend!
Brought my senior dog MJ in today for a nail and face fur trim, had an amazing visit as always. I refuse to bring my dog anywhere else. Heather does such a wonderful job with my dog, & takes such care & patience with her. MJ of course loves all the treats & the pampering she gets. I love the price for the service. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good place to get your dog groomed!
Not only are they very accommodating, i was able to pay by etransfer as well as grab a couple free items I needed from there donation bin. Had great conversation while I watched my baby get her nails done. Thank you so so much for taking the time today to see Meala she definitely will only want to go to this shop from now on while in the big city.
One star only because I cant rate 0 stars. I have called twice now to book and appointment for my dog to get groomed. The recording states it may take a couple days to respond which I thought was strange. I believe that last call I made was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a return call not that it matters now. I booked an appointment just down the street. Every time I walk past this business it looks closed. Not returning a call to a potential customer is very unprofessional.
Have been going here for 5 years, until last Friday. Our dog came home looking like a 5 year old was set free on him with a set of clippers. Sever burning and rash. Will be the last time!!
