Phenomenal service. They made my anxious dog feel comfortable and I felt so at ease knowing he was in good hands during his grooms. When I let them know my little poochie passed I had a sympathy gift at my door within 3 hours. They went the extra mile with their compassion from day 1. We just had the most fantastic experience at Pawfessionals Grooming with our dog, Coco. Everything about the visit was wonderful, and Coco came home looking and smelling beautiful. A massive thank you to our amazing stylist, Vivian! She was so gentle and professional, and she took exceptional care of Coco. It's clear she treats all the pets like her own. I know some people with calmer dogs love this groomer, but it did not work for our gentle but anxious puppy. After getting charged over double multiple times (and hearing multiple complaints about how difficult our dog was), we switched to Animazing. We left this groomer so worried we had a "bad dog" from all the complaints we got. She has never been aggressive and is not large, so I think the overt negativity here was undue. She just needed a different style of groomer, especially one where we can stay with her. If your dog struggles here and has low styling needs, I can't recommend the girls at Animazing enough.

I had my two Cockapoos groomed here today and I am so pleased with the way that they look,feel, and how they acted when I picked them up. Both Elmo and Chewy were wagging their tails and not in any rush to leave. I am beyond happy and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
