I have been taking my pup here for 12 years. She means the world to me and this grooming Salon and the management provide outstanding service and do a super job pampering my girl and making her adorable on top of adorable. The pets are treated so kindly and are not crated. As well they take my dog right on time and she is in and out usually in an hour. The establishment is well maintained and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. They are PAWFECT! No bones about it!?
brought my dogs in and when we came to pick them up they seemed fine. however at home, we noticed a small cut on one of their nose’s that was bleeding a bit, aswell changes in his normal wild ecstatic behaviour to more docile/scared. his fur was also cut in random places. a few days later, a red mark showed inside his eye. since then, he has been blind. we took him to vet, and they said he may have pooling and to get a consultation is 3k. money I dont have, for something I dont even what or how it happened. when first dropping off dogs, I could hear a lady behind the grooming door talking poorly to them. I also brought my cat to get his nails cut, and after bringing my dogs inside, I grabbed him from the car. when walking back in with the cat, thats when I heard one of the staff members talking poorly to my dogs because they were barking. telling them to shut up in a poor tone. I honestly regret leaving them there after hearing that, but I didn’t think that she would ever harm my dogs or I would never have taken them there. I’m really just trying to warn others to not come here, if I could give it a 0 star I would. I do not recommend.
honestly this place sucks if you have male dogs. this is the second time they have sliced my poor boys balls and this time he’s in more pain and agony than the last time.
I brought my cat in for a second time, it cost $100 (with tip) for her to be groomed. They did not provide any shampooing or nail clipping like they did the first time I brought her for the same service. She was completely uneven and looked terrible when we got her home and out of her carrier. We didn’t realize that the poor girl had an impacted nail and they never clipped her nails or even informed us of the impacted nail. Although the lady was nice on arrival of bringing my cat in, upon walking in to pick her up, the lady was speaking poorly of my cat to another customer that was dropping her dog off. Also, they didn’t take much care with trying to separate the cats from the dogs and she told me that dogs walk freely in the back. Although that might be a nice comfortable approach for the dogs, that’s anxiety provoking for many cats. Really upset with the service that was received. The first time was great, second time solidified that I will most definitely not bring my cat back here. Cat owners beware.
Best groom my Bernedoodle Luna has gotten so far! Finally found her a fantastic groomer, friendly did an amazing cut. Was so happy with her cut and care , she came out all smiles and was even admiring her reflection in the mirror on the way out ! ?
Went first time late last year. Lots of hands on deck. They usually don’t have a long time wait list, if any. My cats had their claws trimmed and got some fur cut. I have another appointment for them soon and would recommend them to anyone.
I used to love bringing my pup here when Chelsea worked there, but these groomers costed me an extra bill from the vet...I brought my dog here a week and a half ago to get a full grooming. When I picked her up, she didn't look like she had been given a bath, and within the first few days of being home, she kept biting on her paws. Once this behaviour continued, I followed up with the groomers to double-check whether her nails were clipped, as they still looked long and seemed bothersome. The groomers then assured me that my dogs' nails had been cut, but they could only cut them to a specific length. Within a couple of days, my dog continued to show signs of discomfort, so in worry, I thankfully bought her to the vet. I was then made aware that her nails were extremely long; they were bending and on the edge of splitting in half. It would not have been a problem if they had simply forgotten and fixed their mistakes. Still, instead, their carelessness costed me an extra $30 at the vet on top of the grooming bill that was almost $70. Do your pet and yourself a favour and do not come here!!!
