I called several times to book an appointment, but my calls go to the answering machine. Left my name and number but never received a call back. I guess the only way to reach them is by passing by the place, which I really don't have the time to. Chose the place according to their high ratings, but I guess they are missing on customer services.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Muttedly Pawsome is hands-down the best dog grooming experience we’ve ever had, and that is all thanks to the incredible Fay. Honestly, someone needs to start the paperwork to have her instated as a saint. She’s that extraordinary. Fay is not only a gifted groomer, but she is also unbelievably kind, calm, and patient with every dog she meets. All of our dogs have adored her from the first visit, and that’s saying something. Our latest rescue is terrified of his own shadow but Fay has been a complete godsend. Her gentle, reassuring manner has brought him out of his shell in ways we never thought possible. We never imagined grooming could be a positive experience for him, but with Fay, it truly is. On top of her phenomenal handling skills, Fay does an absolutely flawless job grooming. Our pups always come home looking fantastic: clean, beautifully trimmed, and happy. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every detail. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of care, attention, and professionalism that Fay offers. We feel so lucky to have such a gem closeby. Honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog with genuine compassion and give them the best groom of their life, look no further than Fay at Muttedly Pawsome. She’s a miracle worker, and we are forever grateful for her.
We’ve been taking our small “Service Dog” here at Muttedly Pawsome Dog Groomers for about almost 2 years now. The lady proprietor, who owns and does all the work here, is very friendly and accommodating. She loves her animals, and the animals can feel that genuine love and care for them. Our Pixie gets very excited, just mentioning her visit to this Salon. She takes care, and is extremely gentle with the pets she cares for. We’ve been to others, and they rush the job, and seem to be in it for the money only. Not the case here, very reasonable rates, takes cash or debit. We ALWAYS get our dog’s nails clipped here, unfortunately she was out of the country recently, and we had to go elsewhere and didn’t have good experiences. As of 04/07/2025, we’ve booked an appointment, for her routine nail clipping, and also going to treat our dog with a shampoo bath. Not because she smells, but we feel our dog needs some nice pampering. Plus our Pixie feels very comfortable and at ease with this lady proprietor (we apologize, didn’t or don’t remember her name). So we’re all booked and Pixie is looking forward to her next scheduled visit her
My puppy is a very difficult client; he gets very scared very easily when it comes to getting his nails cut and grooming, but at Muttedly Pawsome, he was handled with so much patience, care, and gentleness. I don’t think any other place would be as understanding and do as good a job with my nervous and sensitive puppy. I’m so thankful to Faye and will be a long-time client.
We took our pup " Charlie" for his first grooming at Muttedly Pawsome! this afternoon. He has very bad separation anxiety and does not like his face or paws touched, and I mean touched! Although he was putting up his normal antics while being groomed, Fay was so gentle and caring with him and took the time to make Charlie feel as comfortable as possible! When Charlie came walking out of the room, he was calm and wagging his little tail with excitement and was so handsome! We will be definitely be coming back, very clean place..great price..and loved the one on one interaction between Fay and our pup! 5 stars easy! Thank you Fay!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing !!! I brought my two beasts(Rottweilers) my female is usualy very afraid of everything and she took so well to the girl! Very impressed .. my male hates his nails done with a passion , he will fight to the end to not have them done which is why they get so long. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girls name but she is amazing with them , especially my big boy Thor .140 lbs) Very patient with him and got the job done! Even though he did everything in his very powerful way to fight … Very pleased!! I will Deff be back! That’s if he’s welcomed lol great place highly recommend! ❤️
My dog has anxiety caused by abuse by a previous owner. The groomer took time to make him feel comfortable. The groom was also very well done. I would suggest them to anyone who needs a groomer, especially if your dog has anxiety.
