i always brought our dogs to Ally for a nail trim. Unfortunately, Ally did not return after she had her baby. Ally was the best. I then was taking them to Allison and I tipped very well, every month. When we took our youngest to get spayed just after she was 1 year, the Vet called to let us know that her dew claws were turning back towards her skin. We were totally stunned that he advised us of this as I always asked if they had been trimmed. I called and left a message and of course no return phone call. So for over a year what I expected was being done, was not. Very disappointed and will not return.
We take our two Chow Chows here and they come home looking absolutely amazing! Diamond in the Ruff does such an amazing job at grooming while also giving your pet the most amazing care. They have such amazing service and even more amazing staff! We love to support small businesses and this is definitely one to support!
This is by far the best grooming service that my dog Penny and I have ever experienced - she comes back looking like a show dog! And for about the same price I've paid for a basic shave-down at other places. The workers obviously know their craft, but they are always so nice to us too...even that time when Penny had a nervous poop on their floor! This place was kinda a hidden gem, but I think the secret's out, cuz sometimes now you gotta leave a message and wait for a return call. Some reviews seem to find this an atrocity, and so yes, if you're the type that requires the "customer service experience" to bring meaning to your life, then you'd probably be better off going out for wings. But if your main priority is to get professional grooming for your dog, for a very reasonable price, by very admirable people, then this is your place.
I'm very happy with my dogs cutt (aussiedoddle 50lbs), and the price was reasonable less than most places for large dogs. Time frame 2 hours. They did put my dog in a room with another dog. Luckily, my dog gets along with others.
First time here and I had an awesome experience! Chelsea was very friendly and welcoming with both myself and my dog Jackson. I’m so pleased and happy with the way he looked after! New grooming place for sure!
Spot is adorable, posh and clean. The groomers are super friendly, Remi lovvvvved this groom!! His first time here. 10/10 Would recommend! I cried when I got to the car, just because I could tell he had a positive experience. Be prepared for zoomies when you get home! Remi was extremely happy. No cages here! 100% recommend all dog owners to go to Diamond in the Ruff groomers. I was worried at first because my dog is extremely dramatic and Bella hasn’t gone to a groomer in a very long time and I must say we will definitely be coming back. We received such wonderful service and all the ladies there are very nice and helpful!! Thank you again!
