I took my hard to handle aussie to Mary's today for her second appointment..she was so nervous the first time, Mary suggested we break up the appointments in 2 visits...I couldn't have been happier..My dog looks great and she was better behaved this time..Mary truly has the pets best interest at heart..We will definitely be returning..Thanks Mary
I have been bringing my dogs to Mary for years even when she was dog grooming out of her home and this women is amazing, she's awesome with my dogs she's affordable, she does a wonderful job , her business is clean, and she really does care about each and everyones pet, I could go on and on about this women that how great she is.
11/10 The lady I spoke with over the phone was super nice and answered all my questions concerning my boy cat who kept soiling his fur and the undercarriage fur started to tangle. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the two ladies who were working on two other dogs already. At first I was worried about his lil eggplant but when I got him back, barely 10 minutes later, I was super impressed and happy with the job!! They did outstanding work on him removing soiled and tangle up fur. Not easy. So kudos to y’all. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending to anyone who needs grooming for their fur baby.
Starting off this experience was amazing, Mary was wonderful and understanding this was our first time here and will be back soon love the shampoo selection she has as well as a clean welcoming business. Thank you for making Miya’s experience great as well as mine. She took the time to listen to my me and what my dog needs were, I look forward to seeing you soon ! Wow is all I can say. They took all 3 of my HUGE girls at the same time. They are gorgeous, came home so happy! I admittedly wasn’t the best regular brusher of my doodles through the winter…. Also, my regular groomer had become unavailable for 5 months through this time. I was doing my best to stay loyal to them, but, my hand was forced to find a new groomer. I am so happy with their work, accommodating, price, and understanding. Highly recommend!!!!! I will 100% be back for more regular visits. They were upfront with pricing, timing and were understanding with our tardiness getting 3 big girls to their appt.
I've been bringing my dog here for a little while now, and we've always had a great experience. Mary is incredibly patient and gentle with our anxious pup. Even though he weighs 60 lbs., she's gone out of her way to help carry him in and make sure he's comfortable. Today, she also took in our Maine Coon for a last-minute dematting and deshedding appointment. Once again, we're so happy with how everything was handled and thrilled with the results.
I must’ve been to over 70% of the groomers in Hamilton and I have to say this little studio is so clean. The owner is very good at what she does, don’t hesitate to book here. I brought her a dog that was in need of a thorough brushing bath and nail job When I came back an hour later my buddy was so clean smelled so good and was so happy I will not hesitate to go back.
