I brought my dog in for her first time a few months ago as we looking for a new groomer. They did a wonderful job and even a month later into the cut she still looked really good. The problem I ran into was booking a follow up appointment. I tried calling at various times and on various days; at open, at close, in the middle of the day and left a couple messages. Unfortunately I was not able to connect with them again, nor did anyone reach out. So we had to move on.
Bandit had been going to Canine Cottage since a wee pup. Even though we moved 2 towns away... this is the only place we go. He's now nearly 14! Always professional. Listening to concerns and haircut preferences. Puppy cut for my shihtzu. :) They spotted a medical condition years ago that I and the vet had missed. Amazing place!
I had just taken my dog (Marley) here today and I highly recommend this place they did an amazing job, staff definitely take the time to understand your dog and make sure your dog is comfortable with the entire process.
Went here for my first time to get our 5 month old puppy groomed and was so pleased with how she turned out. August did a great job bathing and blow drying Porsha and Cassandra did an amazing job grooming her. Definitely will be going back to The Canine Cottage, I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. Very clean and great staff and reasonable prices. Parking available out front. The owner and staff are friendly courteous and patient and caring with your fur babies. We have a miniature Sheppard and a Great Dane mix, So big and small and the staff enjoyed having the dogs as much as my dogs enjoyed them, my dogs have had bad experiences elsewhere, we live in Brantford now and still Travel back to the K9 cottage, people my pups and i trust
Debbie did a fantastic job, she was patient with our Bella, she is a puppy. Transformed her woolly coat into a classic poodle cut she looks beautiful. Debbie took her time to be sure it came out perfect. Thanks
Went for Connor's first professional groom as I am not able to do a decent job at this time. Everyone was loving, compassionate and experienced. A Rough Collie requires a great deal of time and expertise. Got it all from Deb and her staff. We will return for nails and pads more often and at least 2 to 3 times a year for a full groom.
