Sylvia is wonderful with her canine and human clients! Not only did my dogs look handsome but Sylvia achieved the results without using force, or aversion techniques. She creates a relaxing, stress-free, and fun grooming experience. Excellent value. Sylvia did an amazing job with our girl Piper. She took into consideration that Piper is sensitive, especially around other dogs and the noise of the blow dryer, and accomodated our appointment time accordingly. What a great spot for grooming! Called on a whim since my life long groomer retired and got a convenient appointment right away. The shop is clean and brightly lit, my dog was very comfortable upon arrival. The groomer was very professional and caring showing the old dog respect and compassion while trimming my senior dogs nails. The price point is fantastic and lots of parking available. The most amazing dog groomer and woman you'll ever meet! She has a true gift. We have been using Sylvia for over 6 years now for all of our dogs and she is so kind and gentle with them. She will never rush them in and out, she gets to know the dogs and treats them like they are hers. We have a Bernese who is quite the handful and she is so patient with him. We can't thank Sylvia enough. She is just wonderful!
