Fantastic Hotel inside and out with all of the amenities that a Four Points has come to be known for- quality! Excellent restaurant area with a menu variety that will please any guest for breakfast or dinner. All items reasonably priced and favorable- try the steak- mouth watering! The service is top notch and you'll be greeted with a smile- that's for sure!Thank you Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton- Stoney Creek for ensuring my stay was memorable. Arrived at the front desk to find Claire on September 1, 2018 at about 20:30-21:30. NO hello...NO smile at all or any other friendly facial expression of any kind... spoke in one word answers, no thank you at all. With over 8 years in customer service job experience I must say this is absolutely not acceptable at all. Terrible impression of the hotel! When we left the hotel at 5am we tried to track a staff member down and were not able to find anyone, as we had to leave to catch our flight we didnt get to speak to anyone. Room was clean and nice, no issues or complaints there at all! But staff definitely needs improvement for the amount of money we paid.

Wow. This place has been beautifully renovated! And now has a great restaurant and patio. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Rooms are amazing and clean. We had a great stay here.
