This was our companies first time staying at Staybridge Suites in Hamilton. I am currently stayinjg here for the week. I really like the cleanliness overall and the service at the front desk. When I checked in it was incredible. Very thorough details of how to access the hotel's amenities. I have not had much luck in Hamilton finding appropriate accommodations, but this place delivers. Rates are fantastic and right in the heart of downtown.
Stayed overnight for a wedding nearby, very nice visit overall. Parking underground is pretty limited but managed to get a space. Make sure you get checked in first, you need a card to open the garage door. Room was large and included a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Free breakfast buffet was included and everything we had was good. Only complaint is that the rooms are very dimly lit even with the lamps on. Would definitely stay there again.
Room smelled like a dog kennel. No ice machine and to top it all off, reception didn't even ask how we enjoyed our stay upon checkout. Sad.
Very nice reception, great room. Put the shampoo in the shower instead of the sink though like lol why is it there. Also the blinds wouldn't close by design. Other than that, great place.
This was an amazing hotel to stay in. Our room was very clean and organized when arrived. I ran into a situation of leaving some stuff behind in my hotel room when I checked out. The customer service was amazing with getting my stuff back to me. I highly recommend stay here! Very safe and clean environment
